Enrica Osigli specializes in art law, copyright law, and intellectual property, with a particular focus on the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage and contemporary artworks.

She provides legal assistance to private clients, foundations, museums, auction houses, and artists’ archives, advising on both non-contentious matters and litigation. She supports collectors and art-market professionals in the sale, acquisition, and management of artworks, as well as in art advisory activities and art-related legal due diligence.

Curriculum

Enricagraduated from the University of Turin, with a thesis on copyright law in contemporary art, and completed her academic training through international study experiences in Spain and France, as well as advanced professional programs in intellectual property and art-collection management, including CopyrightX (Harvard Law School) and courses promoted by WIPO and Gallerie d’Italia Academy.
