Vittorio practices criminal law and corporate criminal law. He speaks Italian, English, and French.

Curriculum

Vittorio graduated in Law in 1998 with top marks from the University of Naples Federico II. In 2000, he obtained a DEA from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in “Droit pénal et politique criminelle en Europe” under the supervision of Professor Mireille Delmas-Marty.

In 2005, he was awarded a PhD by the Faculty of Law of the Second University of Naples with a thesis entitled “Internationalization of Criminal Policy and Criminal Justice Systems.”

Vittorio is admitted to the Naples Bar.
