Luisa focuses on civil and commercial law. Her practice is centered on assisting and advising companies in both litigation and out-of-court matters, including issues related to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and whistleblowing. She supports companies operating in the energy and manufacturing sectors.

She works in Italian and English.

Curriculum

Born in Ponte San Pietro (Bergamo) on March 5, 1983, she graduated (Master’s degree) in Law in 2007 from the University of Pavia with honors.

In 2009, she obtained, with top marks, the diploma from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions established by the University of Pavia and Bocconi University of Milan.

In 2013, she obtained a PhD in “Criminal and International Justice” from the University of Pavia.

She began her professional career in leading law firms in Milan and later worked as in-house counsel and legal consultant for companies operating in various industrial and manufacturing sectors.

She is admitted to the Milan Bar Association.
