Mattia focuses on commercial and corporate law, with particular expertise in the real estate, startup, digital, and new technologies sectors. He also acts as a consultant for startups, trade associations, and high-innovation companies in the food, fashion, and luxury industries. He works in Italian, English, and Spanish.

Curriculum

After gaining two years of professional experience in Barcelona (Spain) with a renowned company operating in the real estate sector, specializing in the development of sports resort projects, he graduated from the University of Milan and subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in business crisis and insolvency proceedings.

He practiced for over ten years at a leading law firm in Milan before joining Clovers in 2015.

He is admitted to the Milan Bar Association and to the special register for practice before the Supreme Court and other higher courts.
