Luca has been primarily involved for over ten years in drafting and negotiating contracts in the fields of new technologies, IT, and private procurement, providing both advisory and litigation services mainly for SMEs, startups, and professionals.

He works in Italian and English.

Curriculum

He graduated in Law from the University of Milan “La Statale” in 2013. In 2017, he attended the advanced course “Fashion Law – legal issues in the fashion supply chain” at the University of Milan; in 2021, he completed a specialization course in “Fashion Law – law, business and industry in the fashion sector” at the Milan Bar School; and in 2023, he attended a short master’s program in “Sustainability and Circularity in the Wine and Food Sector.”

He has collaborated for over ten years with boutique law firms in central Milan, dealing with a wide range of civil law and civil procedure matters, with a particular focus on contract law, also acting as in-house legal counsel providing ongoing assistance.

He has been admitted to the Milan Bar Association since 2019.
