Expertise

Gaia has over 15 years of experience in intellectual property and competition law.

She assists Italian and international companies both in litigation and as a legal advisor in the fields of antitrust, unfair competition, IP, and consumer protection, and is the author of numerous publications in these areas.

She works in Italian, English, and German.

Curriculum

She graduated in Law in 2009 and obtained a PhD in Law & Economics from LUISS University in Rome in 2016. She has been admitted to the Milan Bar Association since 2013 and has been collaborating since 2018 with the chair of Industrial and Competition Law at the University of Pavia.
