Accountant and Auditor since 2001, Fulvia serves as an independent director, chair, and member of committees (Appointments and Remuneration, Risk Control, ESG) and as a statutory auditor of manufacturing companies and holding entities.

Fulvia specializes in business valuations, corporate reorganizations, and business advisory on strategy, organization, and corporate processes, as well as in extraordinary corporate transactions. She advises numerous innovative tech startups, also assisting them in the preparation of budgets and business plans for fundraising and equity investment by funds.

She has developed significant experience in corporate governance, integrated compliance, and ESG matters, including for listed companies.

Curriculum

Fulvia graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Turin. She has been a member of the Register of Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors since 2001.
