Enrica Osigli specializes in art law, copyright law, and intellectual property, with particular focus on the protection and enhancement of cultural assets and contemporary artworks.

She carries out her professional activity assisting private clients, foundations, museums, auction houses, and artists’ archives, providing both advisory and litigation services. She supports collectors and art market operators in the sale, purchase, and management of artworks, as well as in art advisory and legal due diligence.

Curriculum

Enrica graduated from the University of Turin with a thesis on copyright law in contemporary art and further developed her academic background through international experiences in Spain and France, as well as advanced training programs in intellectual property and art asset management, including CopyrightX (Harvard Law School) and courses promoted by WIPO and Gallerie d’Italia Academy. Enrica is a member of the Milan Bar.
