Domenico specializes in the management of employment relationships, with particular focus on contractual and regulatory aspects, offering targeted legal advice and training to ensure compliance with applicable laws. He competently handles sensitive matters such as disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals, as well as issues related to workplace accidents and occupational diseases.

He provides qualified support in corporate restructurings, dealing with collective redundancies, extraordinary wage guarantee fund procedures (CIGS), and mobility schemes, as well as employment law issues connected to insolvency proceedings.

He regularly interfaces with administrative bodies such as INPS, INAIL, and the Territorial Labour Inspectorate, assisting clients in related matters. In litigation, he offers full legal representation at all stages of proceedings, appearing before the Labour Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court.

He also provides advisory services in social security and insurance law, with particular focus on relations with INPS and INAIL. Finally, he offers both advisory and litigation support in the field of public employment.

Curriculum

Domenico graduated in 1993 from the University of Milan with a thesis in Roman law. He has been a member of the Milan Bar since October 23, 1997, and has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court since November 27, 2009.
