Expertise

David has been providing legal assistance for over 15 years to Italian and international companies in the fields of commercial law, antitrust, consumer protection, privacy law, and payment systems. His practice includes cross-border distribution and franchising agreements, assistance in proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) and the European Commission, as well as advisory services in privacy law, also serving as Data Protection Officer (DPO). He also provides legal and regulatory assistance in relation to marketing/advertising activities and payment services. He works in Italian, English, and French.

Curriculum

He graduated from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, including a study period at Université Paris XII - Val de Marne under the Erasmus program. David further specialized in European law at the College of Europe in Bruges.

He has worked at the European Commission – DG COMP, in leading international law firms, and has been a legal advisor to Sky Italia for over 10 years.

He recently completed the Executive Master Anti-Money Laundering Diploma at the European School of Banking Management in Milan.

He is admitted to the Rome Bar Association.
