Silvana has been involved in Civil and Corporate Law for over ten years, providing assistance in and out of court. In recent years she also advises on digital marketing, dealing with business contracts, and prize events.

Curriculum

Born in Altamura (BA) on March 25, 1982, she graduated in 2007 with honors in Law (master's degree) from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.

In 2010 she obtained the title of lawyer and registered with the Milan Bar Association.

In 2022 she participated in the annual second-level Master's Degree in Fashion and Luxury Law, organized by the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan in collaboration with the National Chamber of Italian Fashion, focusing on intellectual property, copyright, influencer marketing, and business contracting.

In 2023 she participated in the Postgraduate Course in Data Protection and Data Governance with a special focus on digital marketing and profiling, organized by the University of Milan.

Silvana has worked for more than ten years with leading Milanese firms, dealing with litigation in civil, corporate and financial brokerage matters, as well as consulting in corporate and business contracting. He then acted as an in-house legal advisor, lending his consulting services on an ongoing basis in the areas of digital marketing and prize events.
