Eu Law & Antitrust
We support our clients with specific competences in the field of competition law, combined with a solid experience in antitrust proceedings before the European Union competition authorities (European Commission and national authorities, first of all AGCM), the Court of Justice, the Regional Administrative Court of Lazio and the Council of State, and before ordinary courts in private antitrust enforcement actions.
We have recently worked in anti-dumping proceedings at the EU level, in Canada and in the United States.
We have extensive experience in all other areas of EU law, in particular State aid and fundamental freedoms and a wide range of commercial practices, including on-line and off-line distribution, licensing and cooperation and development agreements.
We have clients in the steel, chemical, retail, telecommunications and brand industries. Finally, we assist some associations of companies by providing them with legal advice in antitrust matters (on going competition advice).
