Vogue Magazine (Advance Publications parent company of Condé Nast USA) recently sued the Black brand Vogue For trademark infringement. Advance Publications has filed a lawsuit in New York federal court against designer Nareasha Willis for having featured the “Black Label” trademark on some of her clothing.
