Domenico's professional activity is developed through a wide range of services in the field of labour law, offering comprehensive and customised support. He deals with the drafting of employment contracts for all categories of workers in the private sector, from employees to senior managers, including collaborators and commercial agents.

Domenico specialises in the management of labour relations, with particular attention to contractual and regulatory aspects, providing targeted advice and training to ensure compliance with applicable laws. He competently deals with delicate situations such as disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals, as well as assisting with issues related to occupational accidents and diseases.

It offers qualified support in corporate restructuring, dealing with collective redundancies, extraordinary redundancy fund procedures (CIGS) and mobility, as well as in labour law issues related to bankruptcy procedures.

It interfaces with administrative bodies such as INPS, INAIL and the Territorial Labour Inspectorate, assisting clients in the relevant files. In the judicial field, he provides comprehensive assistance at all stages of the process, representing clients before the Labour Court, the Court of Appeal and the Court of Cassation.

Curriculum

Graduated in 1993 from the University of Milan with a thesis on Roman law. He has been a member of the Milan Bar since 23 October 1997 and has been a patron of the Court of Cassation since 27 November 2009.
