  • Vittorio graduated with a law degree in 1998, summa cum laude, from the University of Naples Federico II. In 2000, he earned a DEA from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in “Criminal Law and Criminal Policy in Europe” under the supervision of Prof. Mireille Delmas-Marty.

  • In 2005, he earned his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law at the Second University of Naples with a dissertation titled “The Internationalization of Criminal Policy and Penal Systems.” He is a member of the Naples Bar Association.
