She has gained significant experience in handling corporate matters and in the fashion and luxury sector, with a particular focus on business contracts, digital marketing activities, and prize promotions and events.
Throughout her professional career, she has developed specialized expertise in handling civil and corporate law matters, drafting business contracts, and providing legal counsel to clients in the corporate, fashion & luxury, and digital marketing sectors. She also handles personal data protection and legal issues related to profiling and digital communication strategies.

Silvana graduated with honors in 2007 with a degree in law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
In 2010, she was admitted to the bar and registered with the Milan Bar Association.
In 2022, she enrolled in the one-year second-level master’s program in Fashion and Luxury Law, organized by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in collaboration with the National Chamber of Italian Fashion. The program focuses, in particular, on intellectual property, copyright, influencer marketing, and business contracts.
In 2023, she enrolled in the Advanced Course in Data Protection and Data Governance at the University of Milan, with a particular focus on the protection of personal data in digital marketing and profiling activities.
