Luisa assists Italian companies with civil and commercial law matters, both in and out of court.
His practice includes litigation management, contract advisory services, and assisting companies in adopting and updating organizational models in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as in implementing whistleblowing procedures.
He has gained specific experience in advising companies operating in the energy and manufacturing sectors.
She works in Italian and English.

Luisa graduated with honors with a law degree from the University of Pavia in 2007.
In 2009, Luisa graduated with honors from the School of Specialization in Legal Professions established at the University of Pavia and Bocconi University in Milan.
In 2013, she earned his Ph.D. in “Criminal and International Law” from the University of Pavia.
Luisa began his career at leading law firms in Milan and later worked as in-house counsel and a consultant for companies operating in various industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Luisa is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
