Luisa specializes in civil and commercial law. Her practice focuses on providing legal assistance and advice to businesses in both litigation and non-litigation matters, including issues related to Legislative Decree 231/01 and whistleblowing. She supports companies in the energy and manufacturing sectors.

Born in Ponte San Pietro (BG) on March 5, 1983, she graduated with honors with a degree in law from the University of Pavia in 2007.
In 2009, he graduated with honors from the School of Specialization in Legal Professions established at the University of Pavia and Bocconi University in Milan.
In 2013, he earned his Ph.D. in “Criminal and International Law” from the University of Pavia.
He began his career at leading law firms in Milan and later worked as in-house counsel and a consultant for companies operating in various industrial and manufacturing sectors.
She is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
