For over ten years, Luca has focused primarily on contract law in the new technology, IT, and private procurement sectors, providing legal advice and representation primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, and professionals.
It works in Italian and English.

After earning his law degree from the University of Milan “La Statale” in 2013, he completed an advanced course in “Fashion Law – Legal Issues in the Fashion Industry” at the University of Milan in 2017, in 2021, he completed a specialization course in “Fashion Law – Law, Enterprise, and Business in the Fashion Sector” at the Milan School of Law, and in 2023, he completed a short master’s program in “Sustainability and Circularity in the Wine and Food Sector.”
For over 10 years, he has worked with boutique law firms in downtown Milan, addressing and delving into a wide range of issues related to civil law and civil procedure, with a particular focus on contract law. He has also served as in-house counsel, acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing legal support.
He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2019.
