For over ten years, Luca has been assisting companies, startup, SMEs, and professionals with commercial and corporate contracts, with a particular focus on the sectors of new technologies, IT, software, and private procurement.
Luca has gained significant experience in handling civil and commercial litigation, providing assistance both in out-of-court proceedings and before the courts, particularly in disputes concerning the enforcement and breach of contracts.
Luca also drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts related to software, digital services, and technology solutions, assisting clients in managing legal issues related to the development and use of IT products.

Luca graduated with a law degree from the University of Milan in 2013.
Luca’s practice focuses in particular on the fields of new technologies, IT, and software, as well as on private-sector contracts, both in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and in the resolution of disputes.
In 2017, Luca took the advanced course in “Fashion Law – Legal Issues in the Fashion Industry” at the University of Milan.
He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2019.
Throughout his professional career, he has developed specialized expertise in corporate contracts and the handling of civil and commercial litigation, primarily representing small and medium-sized enterprises, startup professionals.
In 2021, Luca attended the specialization course in “Fashion Law – Law, Enterprise, and Business in the Fashion Industry” at the Scuola Forense in Milan.
In 2023, Luca completed the short master’s program in “Sustainability and Circularity in the Wine and Food Industry.”
