Resume
Born in Mountain View, California (USA), on March 13, 1971, he earned his law degree in 1997 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. During his studies, he attended Columbia University in New York for an advanced course on American law and, in 1995–1996, the Université de Paris X – Nanterre.
In 1997, he worked at the Loyrette Nouel law firm in Paris as a visiting foreign lawyer. In 1999, he earned an LL.M. in high-tech law from Santa Clara University School of Law in California, in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Gianpaolo teaches Proprietà Intellettuale at Parthenope University as part of the master’s program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, in collaboration with the MIT Sloan School of Management, the business school of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Gianpaolo is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
