Enrica Osigli specializes in art law, copyright law, and intellectual property law, with a particular focus on the protection and promotion of cultural heritage and contemporary artworks.
He provides professional services to private clients, foundations, museums, auction houses, and artists’ archives, handling both out-of-court advisory work and litigation. He assists collectors and art market professionals with the sale, purchase, and management of artworks, as well as with art advisory services and legal due diligence in the art sector.

She earned her degree from the University of Turin with a thesis on copyright in contemporary art, and furthered her academic training through international experiences in Spain and France, as well as advanced training programs in intellectual property and the management of artistic heritage, including CopyrightX (Harvard Law School) and courses offered by WIPO and the Gallerie d’Italia Academy.
