For over 15 years, David has been advising foreign and Italian companies on commercial law, antitrust law, consumer protection, privacy law, and payment systems.
His practice includes cross-border distribution and franchising agreements, assistance in proceedings before the AGCM and the European Commission, advice on privacy law (including serving as a DPO), and legal and regulatory assistance regarding marketing/advertising activities and payment services.
It works in Italian, English, and French.

He graduated from Tor Vergata University in Rome and spent a semester at Université Paris XII - Val de Marne as part of the Erasmus program.
David specialized in European law at the College of Europe in Bruges, has worked at the European Commission’s DG COMP and at leading international law firms, and has served as legal counsel for Sky Italia for over 10 years. David recently completed the Executive Master’s in Anti-Money Laundering at the European School of Banking Management in Milan.
He is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
