For over fifteen years, David has been advising Italian and international companies on commercial law, antitrust and competition law, consumer protection, privacy and personal data protection, advertising regulations, and payment services.
He has gained significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and cross-border agreements, with a particular focus on distribution, franchising, and the development of sales networks.
He assists companies in proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission, as well as in assessing antitrust and consumer protection issues related to business strategies, marketing campaigns, and advertising communications.
In the field of privacy and data protection, he provides consulting services on compliance with European and national regulations, the management of personal data, and the organization of business processes, and also serves as a Data Protection Officer.
Its services also include legal and regulatory assistance to operators active in the payment services and digital markets sectors.
For over ten years, he has provided legal counsel to Sky Italia, advising the company on commercial and regulatory matters.

David earned his law degree from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, having completed part of his academic studies at the Université Paris XII – Val-de-Marne as part of the Erasmus program.
He subsequently earned a specialization in European law at the College of Europe in Bruges.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition (DG COMP) and at leading international law firms, focusing in particular on commercial law, antitrust, consumer protection, privacy, and market regulation.
He also completed the Executive Master's program in Anti-Money Laundering at the European School of Banking Management in Milan.
David is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
