Silvana has over ten years of experience in civil and corporate law, providing both litigation and out-of-court assistance. In recent years, she has also developed expertise in digital marketing, focusing on commercial contracts and prize promotions.

She works in Italian and English.

Curriculum

She graduated with honors in Law (Master’s degree) in 2007 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

In 2010, she qualified as a lawyer and was admitted to the Milan Bar Association.

In 2022, she attended a second-level annual Master’s program in Fashion and Luxury Law, organized by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in collaboration with the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, focusing on intellectual property, copyright law, influencer marketing, and commercial contracts.

In 2023, she completed an advanced course in Data Protection and Data Governance at the University of Milan, with a particular focus on digital marketing and profiling.

She collaborated for over ten years with leading Milan-based law firms, handling litigation in civil, corporate, and financial intermediation matters, as well as providing advisory services in corporate law and commercial contracts. She later worked as in-house legal counsel, providing ongoing advisory services in digital marketing and prize promotions.
