Our clients include advertising agencies, communications firms, broadcasters, telecommunications operators, designers, copywriters, and account managers, to whom we provide specialized legal advice on advertising law and consumer protection, with a focus on risk prevention and brand enhancement.
In particular, the Firm provides assistance with regard to:
the design and structuring of promotional initiatives and related commercial communication activities, in compliance with the Consumer Code and sector-specific regulations;
regulation and legal assistance regarding prize promotions, including prize-related activities and contests, as well as the design and management of loyalty, cashback, and bundle programs;
